Arrange the flowers in the pot, and if three identical flowers are next to each other, they will merge into a new flower of a higher rank (the new flower has one more petal).



Don't forget to balance the pot with all the flowers in it! If the pot tilts to one side too much, the whole structure will collapse and you'll have to start over.
